Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones was born on September 3rd in 1977. She is an American actor. Her most well-known roles include soap opera roles as Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) and Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). The HBO drama True Blood, she played her character Daphne. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin, in 1997. She started her career as a teacher in Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten students and in 1st Grade. In 1998 she married the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and then moved in Thompsons Station. The following year at Bethesda Elementary she started teaching the 4th grade. Between 1999 and 2000, as well as 2001, she completed her Master of Instruction in Trevecca Nazarene University while continuing to instruct. In 2000, the couple welcomed their first child, Baylor. Ashley has been spending the last fifteen years working on the growth of children of her church and community while serving in various roles. Ashley has been a leader for a long time of the Preschool Ministry as well as the Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. Ashley's children were homeschooled for the 3 years they were at home. During their home schooling years children attended a home school class in which Ashley additionally taught History to Kindergarten and 1st Grade. God said to her that while she was enjoying doing her homeschool and spending time at home with her children, she needed to return to full time school. Brent and Ashley are parents to five daughters. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all at GCA. Baylor is a GCA graduate and plays baseball alongside UT Martin. Callan is an GCA graduate and is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. The family is very active and enjoys fishing, hunting and supporting each other in sports.
